ReachDuress

Reach Duress is SkyNet's premium location-based application offering safety and location tracking. Developed for GPS smartphones, Reach Duress location-based services can be integrated with SkyNet's Fleet Information System (FIS) to provide logistical information at the tap of a button.

FEATURES

FIS combined with Reach Duress has the capability to:

• Monitor your field staff by knowing where they are.

• View real-time and historic location information for mileage reports, stop reports, geo-fences, speed alerts, multiple device tracks, breadcrumb trails, fleet views and much more.

• Quickly activate a duress alarm if onsite visits and other unregulated work environments go bad via a Bluetooth duress pendant.

• Choose to report tracking during preset times or anytime. Your company administrator can set your device’s tracking schedule.

• Enterprise-Level Third Party security monitoring centre capable.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your phone uses GPS to obtain location.

2. If an incident occurs you can trigger a duress from a connected Bluetooth duress pendant or via the in-app duress button.

3. Your phone will vibrate to let you know that the duress has been succesfully send and acknowledged.

4. Duress event procedure can be setup for automatic emergency SMS and email notifications to selected contacts and 24 hour security monitoring can be linked to your device for back to base monitoring and direct dial calling to your device and to police services.

5. When the event has passed, reset the alarm via the green reset button in the home page of the app.
